Remove .com domain and change billing

  Hi,

  I have the following for my NFP Netball Club:

  Domain greensboroughnc.com.au – I want to keep this
  Domain greensboroughnc.com – I want to delete this as we have .com.au now
  Custom design – I need to check that the auto renew is off on this and in November I’ll switch to a free template as I need to keep costs down.

  Can you please advise how to do these?

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that the Custom Design upgrade has been set to manual renewal, however the other upgrades (the domain and the domain mapping for your .com.au) are owned by a different user which is attached to your blog, so I’m not able to provide any information on those.

  You may want to have any other users who are on your blog that may have paid for items log in and go to the Dashboard and then to Store >> Upgrades and verify that the domain is set to manually renew. That will ensure that you won’t get charged for it again when it comes up for renewal either. If you would like it cancelled out now, we can do that, but that user will need to contact us themselves in order for us to do so.
