remove comments all togther

  Hi- I have my comments turned off, but hate the little closed icon that appears- is there any way to remove this? If not, how do i move this little section to appear at the bttom of my posts rather then the top, atleast the user would see them after reading. Any help would be GREATLY appricated.

  Provided you are adept at CSS editing, and you are willing to pay for a CSS upgrade, and renew it annually, and undertake all the work yourself, this may be possible. We have a volunteer called devblog who drops in to help with CSS editing now and then.
