Remove connection to selfhosted Blog

  Hi!
  I have two blogs connected to this wordpress.com-account. Would you mind removing the listing of the selfhosted blog from this account? I changed the connection from jetpack to a another wordpress.com-account here so right now I have hiheels.at listed with two accounts – and one is enough :).
