Remove contact option

  Hi, I really need to remove the option to contact me on my WordPress account. I have received abusive mails from an ex boyfriend and I need to disable the contact feature as soon as possible. Can you please help me with this?

  You could set the contact page to “Administrators & Editors” or “Password protect” it.

  If you would like to change the the status just open the contact page. My Site ? Pages > Contact edit the page on the left select status and change it to what you would like.

  You could also delete the contact page. or remove it from the menu.

  To remove from the menu you could follow these steps.
  Go to “My Site”, scroll down to “WP Admin”.
  On the left go to “Appearance” hover on it select “Menu” in the side popup.
  On the right hand side you will find the contact page. click on it. You will see the remove link click that and save the menu.

  Hi, you can disable comments for posts and pages here is more info for that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-and-disable-comments-for-published-posts-and-pages/

  You can also block specific users to comment. You can go through the settings and select the appropriate settings. “My Site” > “Settings” > “Discussion” at the bottom there is a option to block users to comment.
