Remove credit card and delete account/blog

I would like my credit card to be removed and my whole entire account/blog be deleted please. Thank you for your time.

This is something you can do by following these guidelines:
To remove your credit card information, you can visit your account page.
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing scroll to the bottom and remove any saved cards.If you have any upgrades on your site, you will need to remove them first before you can delete your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting a-site-with-upgrades
Deleting a site will not only permanently delete your content, but also remove the site address from our system. This is irreversible. If you think you may want to use the site address sometime in the future, you can change your site visibility settings to Private to keep it out of public view and search engines. Here’s how you can do that: http://support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

NOTE TO STAFF:
In this section of the Delete Site support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting a-site-with-upgrades it mentions transferring upgrades to another site on your account with a link to the Manage Purchases support doc at https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#transferring-upgrades however, that is a dead end link as there is no section in the Manage Purchases Support doc on how to transfer upgrades. -
