Remove custom domain from blog
-
Hi Support,
We used to have a custom domain (http://thekneehighproject.com) for our blog which we no longer own.
I’ve changed the primary domain back to http://thekneehighproject.wordpress.com however when people go to this site, they still are seeing a message “The domain http://thekneehighproject.com expired xx days ago. Renew now”.
How do we get rid of this message please? If it is a case of removing the custom domain (http://thekneehighproject.com) from the domain list altogether, could you please take care of this?
All the best.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

For Staff help which is required in this case you type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. Thanks for getting in touch, @designcouncilblog. I was able to remove the expired mapping for you.

Hi @innovativeng, we don’t see mapping for that site. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread since the original issue is resolved, but if you still need help, please open a new thread and add the “modlook” tag so we can get more information and help you. Thanks!
