REMOVE CUSTOM THEME NAME
-
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help me REMOVE THE “CHATEAU THEM” at the bottom of the website. I don’t care if WordPress remains there but I don’t want Chateau to show.
PLEASE HELP!
I’ve tried using the developer tools, I googled, looked at other convos, but nothing has worked.
I HAVE A PREMIUM ACCOUNT
Thanks in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In spite of any WordPress.com upgrade you have, the theme credits and the “Blog at WordPress.com” must remain in your site’s footer. https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions
You can style them differently so they are less obvious, but you cannot completely remove them. Doing so is a Terms of Service violation and can get your blog suspended.

Sorry but this is not possible.
Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased.

And apparently this is a duplicate thread.
