Remove date from posts – snap theme

    I know this has been covered by many but I can’t find a snap-specific answer for it and I’m too much of a newb to this to be able to figure it out myself. I’m trying to remove the dates from my posts as they look really confusing on both the individual post pages and the static home page that they appear on.

    Any and all help is appreciated – I have the customization option but just need to learn how to harness its power. Many thanks!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The first rule below takes the dates off the posts on your home page. The second rule removes the dates from the bottom of the single post pages.

    .home .post-detail {
        display: none;
    }

    .single .portfolio-details {
        display: none;
    }

    Wow – that was exactly what i was trying to figure out – thank you so much! I’m learning but not as fast as I need to be able to do the updates that used to be done by someone who is no longer working with me!

    And so I might not have to bug the forum again, is there a place that I can see what all the different elements of my theme are called? i.e. the “.home” or the “.single”? As I understand it, these are theme-specific, so is there a way that a neophyte like me can find out what eac part of my blog is called?

    Thanks again!

    You inspect each element using the Inspect Element tool of your browser or a developer add-on such as Firebug in Firefox.
