Remove Date from URL Slug

For some reason when creating a new post, the URL starts with the date.
EX: https://tipsyinsights.com/2023/11/03/import-beers-reviews-stigbergets-bryggeri-amazing-haze-new-england-style-ipa-sweden/How do I remove the date from automatically showing up?
