Remove date from Vigilance templet

  We’d like to remove the date from all posts on the Vigilance theme.

  If this is not possible – please advice themes that will allow. We are an art gallery, sadly in this economy we cannot afford an upgrade right now.

  Possible?

  Yes, it’s possible but only with a custom design upgrade and the required CSS editing. Did you not search? Remove Post dates from Vigilance theme
  However, do note that all URLs to posts do contain the date. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-title-url/
  P.S. There are no themes you can remove dates from posts from without the custom design upgrade.

  To hide the dates from all posts in the Vigilance theme, try this:

  .date {
    display: none;
  }
