REmove date stamp from featured image (socute theme)

  Hi everyone :)

  Im new to wordpress and am having trouble with an element that I just cant seem to fix! Ive tried some plugins that have helped with removing the author etc, but whenever I set a featured image there is a circular date stamp on it which just wont disappear.

  It only sits on the featured image for some reason, but I really dont want it there and wondered if there is anything that I can do further?

  Ive installed a custom CSS but it seems like the script ive found where others have asked, seems to be unique to the themes they are using and dont work on the ‘socute’ theme.

  Does anyone have any ideas please?

  Hi Andy,

  If you can upload plugins then you’re using a self-hosted WordPress.org install and should ask in their forums instead.

  This is where people ask about the WordPress.com hosted service (read about the differences), I hope that helps.
