remove date stamp on blog post on my main page

I’m trying to remove the date stamp on my main page of my website. I think that page is considered a blog post. I saw in the comments someone mention to go to Appearance, Customize and CSS and then cut and past some code. I am able to get as far as Customize but then don’t see the CSS tab. Where is it?

I went to WP Admin, found Appearance, then Customize but no CSS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi there – Custom CSS would be needed for that; it’s a feature available with the Premium or Business plans.

I’m wondering, though, is there any special reason you’ve made this a blog post instead of a page? Pages don’t display dates, and might work better for this type of content.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you’ve chosen to use a very old theme that is not responsive, so it’s very difficult to read on mobile devices, since the widths and sizes don’t adapt to different screens automatically. Would you consider using a newer theme like Penscratch 2?
