Remove Date/Time from All Posts Inuit Theme

  How do I remove the date and time from my posts? I am using the inuit theme and have upgraded CSS. I see many posts mentioning page.php etc … I don’t know how to access .php folder.

  Can someone please explain the steps to delete the time stamp? I am a novice to this all.
