remove default related posts

  Hi there,

  I’d like to remove the default “Related Posts” each of my posts has at the bottom. I have JetPack’s Related Posts installed, and I wish to keep those, as they are actually posts that are related to one another. However, there is this generic version of Related Posts below that, and they are not related at all. I wish to remove them! Any suggestions?? I hate having two “Related Post” sections in the same post!

  Hi Alli!

  For future reference, we only support WordPress.com sites through these forums. It looks like your site is self-hosted using WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Staff in these forums don’t have access to your self-hosted site files so it can be really difficult to troubleshoot these issues.

  I believe you’re referring to these related posts shown here (4 column):

  Correct? If so, it looks like that is built right into the theme. Is there a theme settings page you can check? There should be an option there to remove the related posts.

  Thank you so much!!! I went into the theme (never once thought of doing that) and found where to disable the related posts!!! Thanks again, I really appreciate your help! :)
