Remove "Dela det här" at the bottom of each page

    All of our pages seem to include “Dela det här” at the bottom with links to twitter, facebook, google+, etc. How can we get rid off this? I’ve looked through everything related to the theme, but can’t find how to remove it.

    Also, the custom colors we have chosen in the palette for the pages don’t seem to be working. It keeps displaying the blue of the theme Pique rather than the grey and green colors we have want to use. How can we fix this?
