Remove deleted site from google index

    Hi!

    I recently made a site on WordPress.com and now I moved it to my own hosting solution using wordpress.org. However, the deleted site still shows up in Google search indexes when using the search words specific for the site, making it harder for people to find my actual non-deleted site.

    How do I remove the deleted site, that I of course have no control over anymore, from Google search index?

    We have no control over Google so we can’t directly help, sorry. All you can do is wait for that result to drop out of their results.
