Remove domain

    Hi, I would like to remove my domain http://www.conversaption.com from my blog. Unfortnunately I canncot find any functionality to do so.

    Please adivse me how to do that.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you registered and mapped your domain from WordPress.com with your Premium subscription purchase. But you’ve moved your domain to BlueHost and mapped it to your WordPress.com website, correct?

    I can go ahead and cancel the domain mapping if you’d like. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

    Please keep in mind that you’ll need to change your name servers at your domain name registrar so they no longer point to WordPress.com. If you’re not sure how to change them, please contact your registrar for assistance.

    Hey there.
    That is more or less what happened.

    I would like to use my domain for a self hosted website. So I don’t need the domain mapping.

    Hi Alex,

    I’ve gone ahead and canceled the domain mapping.

    If you’ve completely moved to a self-hosted site and do not plan on using your Premium subscription at WordPress.com at all, I can also go ahead and refund you the money you paid for Premium minus the cost of the domain.

    Please let me know if that is the case and if you’d like me to do this.

    Hi there,

    I’ve gone ahead and refunded the remainder of the Premium purchase.

    You should see a refund of €75 within 7-10 days in your account.
