    remove domain

    Hello, the domain has been removed from me. Please give me the domain back. I need to renew it.

    Hi @patrickchalepah,

    I’ve checked the domain and can confirm that it has expired and is now in the redemption period. This means the domain can still be renewed, but a redemption fee of $80 is required in addition to the standard renewal cost. This is a standard practice across domain registrars.

    You may be able to redeem the domain yourself. If it’s still eligible, it will appear on your Purchases page, and clicking the Renew Now button will automatically add the redemption fee to your cart. Please note that the domain cannot be renewed without paying this additional fee.
