remove domain from myblogs in wordpress.com

  I have a wordpress.org domain that I no longer manage, which is listed in the MYBLOGS section of wordpress.com – if possible I would like to be able to remove this domain but I can’t find anyway to do that in the MANAGE MY BLOGS section and cannot find documentation on this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
