Remove domain from site

  Hi,
  How would I go about removing my custom domain name http://www.makeupinbusiness.co.uk from my site please, I’m reverting back to the free domain name http://www.cosmeticrepsuk.wordpress.com/

  Hi there,

  to remove your custom domain you go to https://wordpress.com/purchases and can cancel this domain mapping. Doing this, the only address at this site will be your .wordpress.com address.

  Hi, when I go in it only gives me the option to cancel my premium plan as the domain was included in the plan. I want to keep the premium plan. Also can I migrate my stats and followers to my self hosted wordpress site?

  Hi @cosmeticrepsuk, yeah we can help you migrate stats and what not.

  I noticed your domain still points to the site here. If I remove mapping for you, it will break. Is that okay? You can also simply make the wordpress.com address primary without removing mapping. That’s done here:

  https://wordpress.com/domains

  I’ve made the wordpress.com primary and changed the nameservers. How do I migrate stats and followers?

  @cosmeticrepsuk are you planning to keep both sites active?

  Also I don’t see many stats or followers to migrate for you… can you confirm which site we’re migrating from?
