remove domain mapping

  Hi
  I used to have my NutritionMontreal.wordpress.com blog connected to nutritionmontreal.ca. I’ve cancelled the last domain connection since I no longer want them linked….but now my nutritionmontreal.ca is blocked from being connected to another site.

  Can you please let me know the address of the WordPress.com site you want to map your domain so I can map it for you?

  Please note that if you’re referring to a non-WordPress.com hosted site, then you need to ask your hosting provider for help on mapping your domain.

  Hi.

  I want to unmap my domain NutritionMontreal.ca from the NutritionMontreal.wordpress.com.

  The domain is with GoDaddy, and I did the changes there. But when I still connect to NutritionMontreal.ca, it says log in to wordpress to update domain info….

  Very confused.

  Hi –

  The domain is no longer mapped to us, that has been cancelled on 2018-10-17 and we processed the refund of C$17.00 at that time.

  At your domain provider, which is GoDaddy, you need to update where your domain is pointed to. Currently it is still pointed towards WordPress.com. GoDaddy will help you get that sorted. I think this is where the confusion is coming from.
