Remove domain mapping

  Dear WordPress Staff,

  I was wondering if you can remove/cancel the mapping of http://jollygreenproducts.wordpress.com to http://jollygreenproducts.com as I already updated the DNS service record on our host and there’s no way for me to access their blog site.

  But we still want the blog to operate as we are referencing some images there. We just want this link to work: http://jollygreenproducts.wordpress.com

  I cannot do that for anyone but the owner of the upgrade in question. The account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Have the owner log into their WordPress.com account at http://wordpress.com and then go to this URL:

  https://jollygreenproducts.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  They will be able to cancel the upgrades from there.

  Let me know if you have any trouble.
