Hello, to cancel your domain mapping upgrade go to your Manage Purchases page. Select the upgrade and then click on the Cancel button.
You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Please read all the information and follow the instructions carefully before proceeding. After requesting the cancellation, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm the cancellation.
Your upgrade will not be canceled (and any refunds will not be issued) until you click that link to confirm that cancellation.

If you didn’t receive the cancellation email, please do the following:
– Make sure you’re checking the right inbox. The email will be sent to the address listed in your Account Settings.
– Add help@wordpress.com to your contact list to whitelist their emails.
– Check your spam/junk or any other folders that you have where the cancellation email may have wandered.
– The email would have come from help@wordpress.com so try to do a quick search of that email address if your email provider has a search feature.
