Hello,

Our marketing person setup our blog site and mistakenly mapped our domain (alscarchitects.com) to WordPress but we are already setup with a different DNS provider. I have setup the CNAME blog.alscarchitects.com to map to alscarchitects.wordpress.com so I would like the mapped domain to be removed from the account. Thanks.

Hay our blog site got mapped with spiralcrafters.com

But it was supposed to be blog.spiralcrafters.com
Could I get this fixed

I have the same issue, could you please remove my domain leadership bulletin.com from wordpress.com? I already deleted my blog, unfortunately in trying to get rid of this message and I just found this message board after an entire day of searching. Thank you…

It still shows the same issue, “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”

More information, I cleared my cache and history, but it still says, “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”

Hey Justin,

It sometimes takes a bit for DNS changes to propagate throughout the internet. I am not receiving that message on my end. Check the domain again, it may have updated for you as well.

If not, it should within 24-72 hours. More than likely much sooner than that.

Hi @justinhardcastle , I’ve confirmed I also see the new leadershipbulletin.com site which appears to be at 1and1.

If you’re still having trouble, you might try contacting your ISP or network admin to tell them your domain changes are still stuck. They’ll likely have you turn off your router and computer, wait for ~90 seconds, then turn it back on again. They may also need to clear settings on their end first.

@thebettersleepstore if you own the domain upgrade, you can remove it here at any time:

https://wordpress.com/purchases

That said, leaving the mapping in place until it expires will not hurt the site. It simply sends any visitors who end up at the old WordPress.com site over to your new one.
