Remove Domain Mapping

  Hi. I need the domain mapping removed for iskencosip.com

  I cancelled it on the purchases tab, and everything seems well, but when I go to the actual iskencosip.com page, it says that I still need to remove it. I need help. Thanks

  I am seeing the upgrade canceled and iskencosip.com point to your self-hosted WordPress site. So from our end, every thing looks correct.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.

  If you are just trying to get the domain to point elsewhere, all you need to do is change nameservers via your domain registrar to point to your new webhost.
