Remove Domain Mapping Request

Hi, would it be possible for one of the support staff to remove the domain mapping for http://www.seedlight.org from my account please? Thank you.

I see it now.
However, that upgrade is not owned by the account you are posting from. You will need to log into the account that owns the upgrade in order to cancel it.

Sorry, I don’t follow.
I only have one account and one set of login details. One username, one password.
I can see this name listed under the domains when I’m logged-in to my account so assume it’s linked to this account. No?

Hi Please can you remove all six expired domains linked to my blog Juliana Areias – Brazilian Singer. I do not want to renew them and I don’t want to link them to any other blog or site. It should be an easy way of managing it, but there is not a simple bottom to allow me to do so. In the meanwhile people are complaning they cannot access my main domain http://www.julianaareias.com because of it. Please can you fix it and avoid this problem to happen in the future again? The account you are posting from is an administrator on bangkokphotoschool.wordpress.com, but is not the owner of the site or the bangkokphotoschool.com domain name.
Another account was used to set up the site and to purchase the domain name.

I think we had a WordPress.org, self-hosted installation originally but that was transferred to wordpress.com.
We don’t have access to the original site – it’s been closed down and we no longer have an account with that host.
bangkokphotoschool.com is now hosted at wordpress.com and these are the only account details that exist.
When I’m logged-in, I can see the details of the spotlight.org domain. I can edit the DNS records – so I guess it must also be possible to remove it from the list of domains.

We can’t guarantee that your domains will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using them again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

I can’t see how I would do that. I can see a button to edit the DNS but I don’t see a “Delete” or “Remove” button or link. Would you like to point me in the right direction?

staff-ozmodiar thank you for the tech support, you’re right, but for whatever reason I keep getting this message: “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. “

Hi there staff-ozmodiar, I also would like to request some help from you in unmapping my domain from a test site I created which I deleted eventually. Just like @draftrobportman I paid $13 to map my domain to wordpress.

Blog: abelodiverdotcom.wordpress.com (no longer available)Also do I need to go thru the process of mapping again once my domain becomes available to my new wordpress site abelodiverphoto.wordpress.com?
