Remove Domain Mapping to Remove Account

    So, I had my domain (nataliecampbell.co) transferred to WordPress from Pixeno before (I’ve now transferred it to Bluehost from Pixeno). Before that, I had my domain mapped from Pixeno to WordPress. I no longer want my domain mapped to WordPress because it’s causing me a lot of problems with starting my website. I canceled the mapping but it says that it doesn’t expire until Sepbember 17, 2017, but I want to CANCEL the mapping completely it yet there is no option to. I’m hosting through Bluehost and downloaded WordPress through there, and I’m trying to cancel my wordpress.com account but it won’t let me unless my domain mapping is canceled.

    If I can cancel my domain mapping, then I can finally delete my site on WordPress and have it all hosted on Bluehost. Can a staff member delete my mapping for me? There is no option for me to cancel it on my site. It’s been a huge headache because all I want to do is get rid of my WordPress.com account and it is letting me do anything but that.
