Remove domain name

  Hi,
  I added a domain to my site today but it turns out I want to remove it (I’ll stay with my old one).
  I looked online but couldn’t find a way to do that. Does anybody know?

  Hi there,

  To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account and go to the Manage Purchases Click on the domain name you want to cancel and click Cancel.

  Hmm,
  Thanks! I tried but didn’t find the cancel option. Seems like the only cancel option I found involves cancelling the site in its entirety…

  Hi there,

  I have the same issue that I added a wrong domain but couldn’t find the cancel button to remove it.

  It would be appreciate if anyone can tell me how to deal with this issue.

  @icpdascmkt please go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases — you can cancel the name there if it’s still incorrect.
