Hello!
Unfortunately Blog administrators can’t remove email subscribers, this is something that the subscriber must remove themselves.
At the end of every email notification they receive, there is a link to unsubscribe.
Hope this helps!

Short version:
You can’t block or delete followers. There is no means of blocking anyone on the internet from access any public blog and submitting comments if and when comments are open.Long version:
We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Anyone and everyone can access public blogs and that’s indeed what the public designation means. However, please read this about public blogs that become private blogs > Blog Privacy and Subscribers > http://wpcommaven.wordpress.com/2011/09/05/blog-privacy-and-subscribers/To change blog visibility to Private go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 .
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/Note that you have complete control over everything that’s posted to your blog via comment moderation
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderationFor trolls, you can “blacklist” them at Settings > Discussion toward the bottom of that page. Enter their email address, their username, and if they included it, their website URL. That will automatically send them to moderation so that their comments do not appear on the blog. Do note though that if they are determined, they can use a different email address or username to get around that.
Also, do not put their IP address in the blacklist. IP addresses are no longer unique, and you might end up blocking legitimate visitors. In fact for over a decade only about 30% of us have IPs that trace back to any individual computer. Also, all they would have to do is go to a wi-fi hot spot, or connect via a different ISP and they could get around that.
re: spam followers and or porno followers
On the bottom of your > Settings > Discussion page you can set the maximum rating for gravatars. If someone has an inappropriate rating for a Gravatar image that’s actually porno orientated you can use the “Report Abuse” link on their Gravatar profile bottom right hand corner to let Staff know. If the follower has an inappropriate blog hosted here at WordPress.com, you can also report that to Staff. See here Report Mature or Spam Blogs http://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/ -
As already stated above your followers control their own subscriptions – you don’t and can’t do this for him/her. Below are brief instructions for unsubscribing from a blog if the person has a WordPress.com username account and is asking for instructions:
1. click the “unsubscribe” link on the emails of the posts received at the very bottom of the emails.
2. go here > http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/ locate and click the “x” next to any blog there to unfollow it and no longer receive posts in the Reader or by email.
3. go to the blog in question and click the unfollow/follow link on your Admin bar.If they do not have a WordPress.com username account then 1. applies.
1. click the “unsubscribe” link on the emails of the posts received at the very bottom of the emails. -
If you don’t want subscribers, why not start by removing the email subscribe widget in the sidebar?
Note that even with no email subscribers anyone can subscribe to your RSS feed for your site

@auxclass
LOL :D Yes that would be the bright thing to do that I missed above.@zeldarecruitment
Also If you have a follow button appearing on the bottom right hand corner of your site for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts go to > Settings > Reading and scroll down to Follower Settings and disable it. Then “save changes”. -
