Remove entry from My Blogs list

    Hello, I no longer self-host a blog, but as it was connected through the Akismet plugin the entry still shows up in the WP.com account and I cannot remove it. It seems it needs an action from the staff/admins to do it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
