Remove Existing Link To WordPress.com Account

  Been locked out of my current wordpress.com account, my bad.

  If access can’t be restored plan is to unlink the current wordpress.com account linked to our self hosted wordpress site and used by ValutPress, Jetpack etc and then link Jetpack etc back up with a new account but is that possible without access to the existing wordpress.com account?

  I have a nasty feeling that if I should unlink, I won’t be able to relink to a new wordpress.com account as the existing link will remain.

  Any help gratefully received!
