Remove external blog from account but blog no longer exists…

I had an externally hosted blog that I imported into my https://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/ account area.
The blog know longer exists, therefore, I cannot follow these instructions

https://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/as the Tools section no longer exists as the blog has gone.
How do I remove the blog from
