Remove extra spacing before drop-down window
-
I’m a bit of trouble removing extra space at the beginning of a dropdown menu.
The wordpress site – when reduced for phones – has a dropdown menu. The menu shows up and seems to be working properly. Unfortunately, before the links in the menu, there is a block (height about 200px) that I can’t get rid of.
I’m not that much of a coder – just CSS. I can isolate the block but when trying to remove or delete it, it deletes the entire menu.
<nav class=”main-menu in-menu-bar”>
<div id=”primary-menu” class=”menu”><ul aria-expanded=”true” class=” nav-menu”>
<li class=”page_item page-item-61 current_page_item”>Coaching & Workshops
<li class=”page_item page-item-341″>Free Gift
<li class=”page_item page-item-200″>Shopetc…
</nav>I can identify the item called “id:primary-menu” but every time I try to delete it or make it “display-none”, it deletes the entire nav.
I don’t need to worry about the pages on a full-screen device – there’s a menu there already.
Not sure what to do.
