Remove featured image from single post

  I want to remove the featured Thumbnail on a single post. I want it to appear on the home page feature slider but I don’t need the thumbnail. I don’t see any reference to the thumbnail in the ‘text’ tab of the post and any threads I’ve found on WordPress regarding the issue haven’t worked. I’m still pretty new at this so the simpler the solution the better! Thank you!

  Hi, thank you for responding. The only problem with this is that if I remove it that way then the image no longer shows up on the homepage and I still want it on the “Feature Slider”.

  Are you sure the thumbnail you are trying to remove is a “featured image” for each post? or is it the logo of your page? If it´s the logo of your page then I believe there is no way to remove it only for a couple of pages. Anyway, maybe somebody from the Staff can help you better with this than me.
