remove featured photo in category page

  how do i remove the featured photo in category page? it shows up as the title and date, then followed by the featured image, then my blog post starts straight away. the only image in that blog post is after one sentence so it looks like ive posted the same photo twice in the post. cheers thank you

  Hello,

  In Customize settings you should have a menu for that and checkbox to untick.

  there are only three options?

  display on blog and archives
  display on single posts
  automatically use first image in post
