Remove & from the Email Subject received through the Contact Form

  My title of my blog is Norene Good & Associates. Because of the & symbol, when someone contacts me through my Contact Form, the subject title in my email’s inbox is: [Norene Good & Associates] Contact

  Is there a way to have it just have the & symbol and NOT &
