Remove Gravatar on Fictive theme?

  I’m building out a blog/site for a new collaborative project I’m working on.

  I love the Fictive theme, but having my personal gravatar on it, is not appropriate. How can I remove the gravatar? or simply change it to a different photo (without affecting my other wordpress blogs)?
