Remove gray bar below menu

  • Unknown's avatar

    Website in question: https://www.themalteseclub.co.uk/wordpress/

I’m apparently supposed to post this here since the theme I’m using isn’t on wordpress.org’s theme list, so here goes.

When first connecting to the website (on a new tab as opposed to refreshing), there’s a gray bar below the menu bar which disappears when refreshing the page. How can I remove this from my website?

    All help is appreciated,.

    Hi there,
https://www.themalteseclub.co.uk/wordpress/ is a self hosted WordPress.org site rather than a WordPress.com site. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

These forums are where we provide support for WordPress.com sites hosted on WordPress.com servers. The good news is, help for WordPress.org sites is available here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/

If the information you need isn’t already there, you can start a new topic even though the theme you are referring to is not on wordpress.org’s theme list.

Best of luck getting this sorted!

Hi @malteseclub, for help with your self-hosted version of Lodestar, you can post in the main WordPress.org support forums and tag your thread with wpcom-theme and we will get notification and can help you there.

I had a look at your site and I’m not able to get a grey bar to appear below the menu in Safari, Chrome or Firefox. Can you take a screenshot of that and post it on a file sharing service, or upload it to your Media Library and then post a link to the image?
