  How can i remove Header and make Menus visible for my site.

  You won’t be able to customize the theme in that way on a free plan. There are three different sites on your account. Can you tell me which one you are working on? I’m happy to look at the theme’s customization options. I do suggest finding a theme that works the way you want so you don’t have to upgrade for customization like this.
