Remove "HOME >> PAGENAME"

Hi guys!
I have a hard time removing the “HOME >> PAGENAME” from each page on my WP-site. I don’t actually know what to google so i thought I could get some help by posting a screenshot of the problem and hopefully some of you know what I’m trying to accomplish here.

Yup, it’s a wordpress site. The site contains secret-before-launch material so I rather not share it. I hope that’s okay.

It matters whether it’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site or a WordPress.com site. I’m not familiar with the “Home >> Pagename” issue that you refer to regarding WordPress.com sites.

It’s a self-hosted site. It’s like a directory on all my pages.

I’d guess that what you describe is a theme design feature which might be modified with CSS customization.
