Remove Horizontal Line Under Tagline
-
I’d like to remove the line that’s placed under my tagline. I use the Luxury theme. Any help would be appreciated.

Add this to the CSS section of your site customiser:
.headline.img-headline::after { border: none; } -

Well, now that I look through my posts, some posts it worked, but other posts it cuts off nearly the entire header.

I went to the stylesheet and reverted back to the the date prior to making this latest change. The line is gone, now, although, the screen briefly flashes the past changes,meaning, for just a second the headers are gone, then it displays properly.
I had been using Theme>customize>css, then making the change and saving, but then I noticed the little link ‘CSS revisions’, and clicked on that, which brought me to a CSS Stylesheet Editor page in my administration screen, ( haven’t found any other way to get to that screen) which is where I found the option to revert back to past dates. However, when I saved the stylesheet and clicked preview, there was a bar at the top that warned the Changes needed to be saved or they’d be lost. Well, since I had clicked ‘save stylesheet’ I assumed the change was saved. So, I reverted, then added the code you provided, saved and it seemed to have worked.
Now, I have a couple other things I’m trying to get to work, but I’ll start a new topic for those. Again, thank you for your help, hallluke. -
The brief appearance of the old bit sounds more like a browser caching issue than a WordPress issue. Follow these instructions on clearing your cache and hopefully that will sort things out.
