Remove hover effect on product gallery thumbnails

  I have products on my website with a number of images in the product gallery. These images are all blurred until you hover over each individual image. I would like to remove this blurred effect so that all the thumbnail images are as clear as the main product image. If anyone could help that would be great thanks
