Remove icon above site title

  How can I remove the icon (patterned circle with white square in it) that is just above my site title? I do not find a way to “fill it” with an image or logo, and no way to remove it. It looks stupid to publish the site with it being there.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, go to Customize > Theme Options and remove the email address from the Header Gravatar and click the Publish button.
