Remove id of deleted blog

I used to have two blogs, 1. englishthulika.wordpress.com and 2.tethulika.wordpress.com. I subscribed to these forms with the id of the first blog, with the same email id.
Last year, I deleted the first blog. However, it looks like my name is showing like I am operating with the first blog.
I would like to remove all the info related to that blog and restart with the blog I still run, that is the 2nd.Malathi (which appears in Telugu language at the top right corner as my id

@englishthulika, you have that address entered where it says Web Address. You can remove that, then save your changes. You can also remove anything else you don’t want to display there. I hope that helps!

That is the problem. It is not allowing me to delete the email id or the web address. Apparently, I cannot save unless I put some info in those boxes.
At the same time, when I look for englishthulika blog, it says there is no such blog.
As I mentioned earlier, I have removed the blog last year. -
An email address is required, but you can put in a different address if you prefer. And you should be able to remove the web address. I’ve removed it for you from our end.

I am confused about the email id. Why would I need an email id for a site that has been removed and which I have no intention of using again?

Oh, did you want to change the email address there so that you can use it with another account? If you have a different address, you can use that.
