Remove image highlight (Linked Image)

  My website http://www.advancedsalessystems.com.au/
  On one of the pages i have an image that you must click to go to the link.
  When the mouse hovers over the image it fades and a border goes around the image. Is there a way to remove this.

  I am unexperienced with using the css editor so if i have to go in there tell me how to use it as i have never used it before.
