Remove images from Modularity Lite featured images header?
-
HI,
I am trying to remove some of the featured images from the Modularity Lite header.
I’m specifically looking to remove the image in this post: http://megamondotravel.com/2011/09/23/twitter-for-travel/
I have gone to the dashboard, clicked on the “Edit Post” function, and tried to remove the featured image. However, there is no featured image associated with this post, only the image that I have inserted in the document.
The image that I have inserted in the document automatically defaults to be included in the Modularity Lite slideshow header on the main page. I do not want this image in the header slideshow.
Please tell me how to remove this image from the header slideshow.

It appears to no longer be included. Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

Hi macmanx, I have loaded the page on three different browsers in two different locations and am still getting the same problem.
Do you have any suggestions on how to remove the image associated with the “twitter for travel” article from the slideshow header on the main page?
I need to get it removed.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.
I have had no luck after clearing my cache.
I have checked it on another computer and the image is still there. If you look at the header slideshow on megamondotravel.com you will see it loads an image of the Twitter logo on a suitcase. The image is called “pack twitter”.
I need to remove it from the header slideshow, please… any ideas?

I’m afraid that the header slideshow shows all images attached to your posts, not just featured images.
To remove this photo from your header slideshow, you will need to delete it from the post by going to your Dashboard -> Posts -> Edit page and deleting the image itself.
