remove Introducing from my address

  Hello, for some reason the word ‘introducing’ has appeared in the web addres. Can you kindly delete that word? If not, I would like to delete the whole account. Can’t seem to make that happen either. The permanent delete button not activated once I enter my email, to activate a deletion.
