Remove italics from link text in RYU theme

  I use the RYU theme, and all the link texts are in italics. I want to remove this and make all link texts non-italicized, but I can’t figure out what to change in the CSS. Could someone help me with this?

  Hi again,

  I checked the site linked from your username (http://danielerikvalentin.wordpress.com/) but it doesn’t use the Ryu theme. Can you show us the site that uses Ryu?

  Understood. I’m basing this on Ryu theme’s demo site here, then:

  http://ryudemo.wordpress.com/

  From there I see that the italicized links are actually entry titles, so with the Custom CSS upgrade you can add this to remove it:

  .entry-title {
      font-style: normal;
  }

  The footer links are also italicized, and you can remove it also:

  .site-info {
      font-style: normal;
  }

  thanks for your help. however, it is not the entry-title that is in question, but the links in the posts. in the demo that you refer to, see, for instance, the link with the text “A Short Post”. that’s what i mean.

  On Ryu, regular links in the content of a post or a page are not italicized. “A Short Post” on the demo is the title of that post (aside format post: title becomes less prominent and drops below the content).

  all right, but every time i insert a link in one of my posts, it turns out italicized (?), underlined, and slightly bigger than the other text. i want the links to look just like the rest of the texts in the posts.

  Hmm. Are you using post formats by chance?

  Or can you find a similar example on the demo site at http://ryudemo.wordpress.com/ ?

  I researched and I found that the links look normal on the demo site:
  http://ryudemo.wordpress.com/type/link/

  But the quote format has slightly bigger and italic text, is that what you’re talking about?
