  Hi, i wanna remove jetpack from my account because they are sending me emails every hour. How can i do it? Tks

  You can check out this document on how to remove the self-hosted WordPress site from your WordPress.com account here:

  However, if you want to disable the emails instead then that’s a simple setting that you can toggle on and off. You can find more details on site monitoring here:

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any Jetpack-connected sites in your account. What is the address of the site for which you’re receiving notifications?

  
  @pranaliwp, the instructions you provided will only help someone if the site in question is still online and they’re still able to access WP-Admin. But if that were the case they likely won’t be receiving a bunch of monitor emails to start with.

  If someone posts here with this issue it usually means they already took the site down, causing Monitor to go into overdrive. Only staff can help them disable it in that case, so please confirm the site address and then tag for staff in these cases.
