Remove Jetpack association from My Blogs page

Hi – I wish to remove a now non-existent blog from the My Blogs page. The issue is the same as the one listed below, which support were able to resolve :)

i.e. Jetpack association is still there but the blog is no longer live. Support, please could you remove the association for http://www.guyrintoul.com as you did with the others?
